Patrick J. FitzPatrick
Managing Principal
Patrick FitzPatrick is a consulting executive with more
than 20 years experience across industries providing
counseling and implementation services that focus on
core business processes. In that time, he has gained
extensive knowledge of business processes, systems,
and technologies that support the demand chain and the
supply chain for apparel, consumer goods, media, retail,
and services companies. He has been a management consultant,
line manager, and staff manager, leading custom Web-based
and client/server development teams. Patrick has worked
with and for Price Waterhouse, the U.S. Department of
Defense, Key3Media Events, Hill’s Department Stores,
Warnaco, Hartmarx, Tropic-Tex, IBM Digital Equipment
Corp., Siemens Medical Systems, Holson-Burnes, Bradlees,
and Nordstrom. Patrick holds an MBA in operations management
and management science from UCLA and a bachelor of science
in operations management and decision science from the
University of Massachusetts.
Brian Peunic
Principal
Brian Peunic is a results-driven
manager with a proven track record in turnaround management
and more than 25 years of experience. He has extensive
experience in high-volume, high-transactional cash businesses,
start-ups, mergers, downsizing operations, and human
resource issues such as temporary workers, contract
teams, and unionized workforces. He’s a veteran
of Key3Media Group where he managed a national call
center and developed strategic sales and operational
plans. Brian played a key role in Tickets.com’s
rise to an IPO, managing 15 regional offices and three
national call centers and three national data centers.
He has also held executive positions with Advantix and
at Ticketmaster, where he managed sales and operations
for ticketing services. Brian earned a bachelor of science
in business administration from the University at Buffalo,
School of Management and completed a two-year program
in facility management at the School for Public Assembly
Facility Management in West Virginia.
John. P. McMahon
Principal
John McMahon is a seasoned financial professional with
more than 20 years of broad experience in a variety
of industries. John brings an exceptional level of expertise
in accounting, financial/management reporting, M&A,
business planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash management,
and tax planning. Before joining Patricius, John was
a financial manager for Key3Media Events, helping the
company reengineer workflow and business processes to
accelerate functions. At Sappi Fine Paper, John oversaw
all SEC reporting, external auditing, and internal management
reporting. Previously at Boston Gas Co., John played
key roles in M&A integration as a senior financial
analyst. John has also held financial positions with
TAD Resources International where he played key roles
in both the acquisition of three companies in eight
months and the divestiture of subsidiaries and business
lines. He led due diligence and post-acquisition efforts
and analyzed tax implications of these initiatives.
and Earlier, John was a chief supply sergeant in the
U.S. Army’s 10th Special Forces Group. He has
earned masters degrees in taxation and business administration
from Bryant College and Western New England College
and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from
Rutgers University.
